If your child is 18 or younger and is a legal resident, you are eligible to enroll in Trillium Sprout™ Healthy KidsConnect, even if you
don't qualify for the Oregon Health Plan or Family Health Insurance Assistance Program.
So even if you've lost your job and employer provided insurance or simply can't afford high-cost insurance premiums, your children will not have to go without the health care they need and deserve.

Income less than $44,000 for a family of four*

Low Cost
Income between $44,000 and
$66,000 for a family of four*
Subsidized premium: Sliding scale
Affordable
Income over $66,000 for a family
of four*
No subsidy: Full cost
